Hey, since i saw someone asking, i figured i would just write that stuff down. I never wrote such a overview or guide, so im open for critics and discussion. i will split the instances up in PvE and PvP Gearing, though keep in mind that PvP Gear can also be strong in PvE and vice versa. Also i will only mention Instances with relevant Drops, i will try to include all of them and use the NA/English Client Names. PVE Gear(Easiest to Hardest): Besmundirs Temple: Lvl55 eternal Gear with 5 Slots and some base Stats for magical Classes (not farmable with lv65) Rentus Basis : Lv60(? not 100% sure) eternal Gear with 5-6 Slots, (Shield from 1st Boss is very good for Healers) Tiamat Stronghold : Lv60 eternal Gear with 5-6 Slots (Can drop a Atkspeed Mage Weapon) ALL of the above can be skipped with BM Gear which can be farmed through Garrisons in Kata/Danaria Sauro Supply Base + 1Key Boss : Lv65 Mythical Gear with 5/6 Slots and semi-random Stats + Best PvE Accs Danuar Sanctuary : Lv65 Eternal Gear (pretty bad for its difficulty) + Best Cloth Armor Atkspeed Gloves + Ceranium Medals Ophidan Bridge : Lv65 Eternal Gear (pretty bad for its difficulty) + Best Cloth Armor Atkspeed Gloves + Ceranium Medals Illuminary Obelisk : Lv65 Mythical Gear with 5/6 Slots and semi-random Stats (2nd highest Base Attack for physical Classes + only PvE AtkSpeed Harp + strong Supp Chanter Set+Helmet, Kahrun is very slightly worse) The Eternal Bastion : Lv65 Mythical Gear with 6 Slots(Highest ATK Stats across the Board with lower Hp Values) + Ceranium Medals + AP Infinity Shard : Lv65 Mythical Gear with 6 Slots (Below Average Stats with Set-Effect = Best Allround Set, outperformed by Bastion in Terms of Damage, but faster to get) + Strong Set-Effect Accs (Full Sauro is better). Also gives Glory Points Dragon Lord's Refuge: Lv60 Eternal Gear, you only run this for Extend Weapons which u need upgrade once(Upgraded has same Stats as fully Crafted) Sauro Supply Base +2Key Boss : Lv65 Mythical Gear with 5/6 Slots and semi-random Stats + Best Pve Accs (2 Key Boss has guaranteed Myth Drop) Danuar Reliquary : Lv65 Mythical Gear with 5/6 Slots and semi-random Stats (Top Healer Shield + Top Tier Helmet + Top Tier Warhammer) Ancient Coin Gear is better than BM Gear but worse than Sauro etc but a lot cheaper to enchant etc, so a strong starting Point PVP Gear(Easiest to Hardest): Krotan/Kysis/Miren Barracks: Ceranium Medals + AP Danuar Sanctuary : Ceranium Medal Ophidan Bridge : Ceranium Medal Danuar Mysticarium(S-Rank): Ceranium Medal + very little AP Void Cube(S-Rank) : Ceranium Medal + very little AP Idgel Research Center (S-Rank) : Ceranium Medal + very little AP The Eternal Bastion : Highest Amount of Ceranium Medal + AP, also give Glory Points

General tips: - When questing, always do quests for your level, or max 1 level below. Press locate and track quests who are clustered together so you maximize efficiency. Don't go for quests 2 and more levels below. - Don't bother with professions/gathering. It's not that they're not worth it, but they'll drastically decrease your leveling speed and chances of reaching/experiencing endgame. - Pay attention to dark blue quests while you level, they will lead you to points of interest (stigma master, bank, new dungeon, etc) and sometimes special rewards (inventory expansion, greater stigma slot unlocks, etc). - Keep attack speed and movement speed scrolls active at all times, you'll get plenty while you level. - "hold group" means someone will hold a group for somebody else. This is required because you need to be in a group with another person even if you want to solo a group instance. You can solo a leveling dungeon that was originally designed for a full group because your character is so strong while leveling. - On the weekends, while leveling, prioritize your time in killing mobs (running dungeons) because of the 2x XP bonus during weekends, this can and should be comboed with increased XP tokens that the game gives you. - Pay attention to pink quests (also known as growth quests) - These are usually groups of quests that'll lead you to a dungeon. They are often available in multiple quest hubs and fortresses, you can't miss them. - Campaign quests should not be ignored, but don't go out of your way to just complete a campaign quest. Combine it with regular blue/repeatable quests. If you've overleveled a campaign quest, skip it. - You will not get any armor/weapon upgrade that's worth equipping until (at the very least) level 55, so don't bother looking at gear, except accessories. - Most important tip: Change the appearance of your gear in the main city while leveling or you'll go crazy looking at your character dressed in wedding attire. Leveling tips: 1-9: Equip OP weapon at lvl 1 (game gives you), skip all quests and just 1-shot mobs while you run to the Ascension quest giver (Pernos for Elyos, Munin for Asmos) - then do the ascension quest. 10-16: Equip OP armor at lvl 10 (game gives you). Do regular questing for your respective area (Altgard for asmos, Verteron for elyos). 16-20: Solo instance Haramel, try to pick up quests around the area that lead you there. Stay outside the dungeon for around 10 mins before you re-enter for it to reset. 20-25: Do regular questing for your respective area (Morheim for asmos, Eltnen for elyos). 25-30: Solo Nochsana Training Camp (easy dungeon, great XP) - you can teleport to this dungeon from the main fortress in Morheim/Eltnen. 30-35: Skip Fire Temple, do regular questing for your respective area (Morheim/Beluslan for asmos, Eltnen/Heiron for elyos). 35-37: For asmodians only, solo Alquimia Research Center. Elyos will have to quest up to lvl 37. 37-40: At 37 you can solo Kromede's Trial (at least twice because some new quests unlock after the first run). For Asmos, at lvl 40, pink quests for Alquimia Research Center open up and you can go back there one last time to finish those. 40-45: Combine Steel Rake duo runs with regular questing in Beluslan/Heiron. 45-50: Solo Theobomos lab in Brusthonin (easy dungeon, great XP). 50-53: Quests in Gelkmaros for Asmos, Inggison for Elyos. 53-65: Duo Beshmundir Temple (by far the fastest way to level).

Aetherogenetics Lab for Elyos. Would recommend doing it till 63,5-64, and then do Katalam yellows together with BM quests. (and if needed, complete Sarpan/Tia yellows). Also Adma/Theo can be done till lvl 52, if done with 200% Amulet and x2 rates since it's pretty fast this way.

Nice events....... Someone get tons of Temporal Solutions others just can watch from a distance...... This events only helping the strongest players others it's not a factor at all. So the ppl that need the help can't take it. The ppl that have enough from the events keep taking everything... NICE EVENTS!!! for the donators maybe... Total B......t!

Event is about opening boxes why should it have a class difference ? Made by NCSoft doesn't mean its a good design, if you can fix a bad design choice made by the original devs why not do it ? Don't you think it is better for your playerbase that it should be fair for everyone ? Everyone must be able to do it at the same manner, class difference matter in gameplay not in opening a box for an event... Making the box with cast will not bring any complains cause nothing will change about the event, only positive change is more people gonna participate since it will be fair, you already lose your chest if you get hit right now, are you gonna keep hitting the chest while an enemy player is killing you ? You gonna die before being able to open it lol. So you gonna stop hitting the chest to defend yourself (and the chest will regen its hp cause you stopped damaging it), if you win the fight chest is yours, if you die you lost it. Nothing will change about how the event works it's just gonna be less frustrating and everyone can enjoy it. Like just the thing about your own faction stealing your chest just in front of your eyes and taking it from your hands is more annoying than dying to an enemy player cause that's just PvP and it's okay. The event in silentra had the same mechanic it had a map with chests that open with cast and it had open PvP and there was no complain about it comparing to this event.

Try killing boxes as aethertech... Mages at least have dots especially spiritmaster + his pet. So if you are re doing this event are you gonna take in consideration all the feedback or just the Tempering Solutions' feedback ? I get it it's supposed to be a PvP event to fight over boxes. But the problem is that the boxes have too much hp to kill and what's worse if people from your own faction can steal the box from you even if you start killing it before them just because their class kills it way faster and loot unlock for the one dealing the most dps on the box. So it doesn't matter if you always find boxes first and almost kill them if another better class for the job just comes by and yoink it. Not even gonna talk about zerging from both factions (yes consider you are solo and you found a box then a group of people same faction just comes and steal it). If you can change opening the boxes as a casting when you click on them like how the boxes for halloween event in Silentra, not "who deals the most amount of 1 dmg faster", this would be good and fair for everyone and open world PvP would still be there. Also consider spreading them equally around the map and having a bit of a random spawn time so no camping. People must be moving constantly looking for them and fighting with opposite faction.

same problem as in last event that sins/dw classes have a huge advantage over others like mages - 1 sin can easily "outdmg" 2 mages on a chest - maybe even 3. would be cool if there is found a solution. Otherwise would be cool event =)
