    I think it is wise to find some way to test content before deploying it to the public. If you can't afford having a test server, can you not run the same build of the server locally for testing ? Either that or communicate with the players to get feedback and also discuss between staff members. Because taking the current event as an example, the outcome was obvious as an instance for level 40+ looting for level 65, 12 chests, 5 times per day, and the other one 3 chests, 16 times per day. And the fact that people with multiple characters/accounts can run it. When you release something like this out in the open suddenly, players will just think that this is how the event is supposed to be and that the administration did testing and approval before the launch. You should always think ahead and carefully before deploying anything. Now after the change, people are just gonna run Steel Rose over and over again with reset scrolls. Also there's a chance that people will start taking all the chests in level 65 instances and not letting other people get theirs. Some suggestions for the current event : 1) Remove steel rose reset scrolls from shop temporarily for the remainder of the event. 2) Compensate by either raising the chance of the ice pick drop or add more chests. *the adding of chests is for Steel Rose, the ice pick drop chance can be general. 3) Make chests loot for everyone instead of being a unique item that one person could all take from himself. *for level 65 instances that requires group/alliance, you can decrease the number to one per person but everyone gets his chest not a unique loot. I'm not saying THIS is what you should do. This is a discussion and other can add their own suggestions and ideas and we can reach an understanding on what's better and fair for everyone. Because saying that everyone have same conditions and that it's fair is not true since people can just buy reset scrolls and do steel rose infinitely. Before anyone could do the event since the only abuse is having multiple characters and that's basically the "fault" of the players for having only one character, not fair, not the same conditions, but understandable and it's okay. The right way would have been to decrease the number of chests on said instances that were removed. Now it's reset scrolls on the shop and that's not the fault of the players but the server and that's just seems totally not okay and p2w just like when people bought reset scrolls to get more serums, same story.

    Hello We do have test server and use it constantly. It is very difficult to take into consideration every moment on the test. Without checking the changes by a big number of users, it is almost impossible to pay attention to every detail. This time we didn't consider obtaining loot in the low level dungeons by 65 players, due to the growth quests. The problem was fixed as soon as it was noticed (no one even reported this before). 1. As a result of this we will get a new ton of outrage, as some players were able to get the scrolls and the others not (негодования, так как одни same situation was with shugo tomb. The scrolls were added on the requests of the players and further removed by their own requests again.) It is impossible to please everyone! Existence of these scrolls in the shop is not an important thing for us. We will start a vote in discord and take actions on the results. 2. Chances of dropping an ice pick were increased from the very beginning. The standard chance is 10%, now it is 30%, it is 3 times higher. We will not increase it any more. 3. Unfortunately, there's no such opportunity. Initially it would be more adequate, but due to the technical points we can't do it. Therefore there's different mount of event items in different dungeons, depending on the amount of players, needed to finish the instance.

    Even if i put in here sum critics - i like the effort u make to improve the overall pvp experience on this server. But tbh why ppl think they have to limit sets for every tournament (esp. this type or tournament)? That makes no sense - esp considering that there are classes that are balanced on the set-opportunites in this patch. Every class has the chance to get all sets and beeing prepared with sets for all situations and use them with brain. Thats by faar not as expensive as getting +5 accs - which are allowed. So literally u say ppl that are too lazy in gettin accusets and instead put they money into +4-+5 accs dont get their natural punishment - instead you punish ppl that prepare well. But then u allow composite-defsets - since u dont allow accusets(accusets dont increase dmg so they are no dps sets) u need a composite-accuset - what is kind of more rare then a normal accu set. DPS sets are just fine - ofc. Lets imagine u have a Cleric vs SM - Sm starts fearlock ggwp. dps set did not bring any dmg. But if cleric had full mRes vs SM - he might deal way more dmg than in his dps-set... so in this case - the mRes set transists to the better dps set. If its gettin skilled both classes start switching between their sets isntead of roflcopter fearlock u mustn't use a defset. using sets do doge certain spells like fears/silences/sleeps is kind of way more skilled, than "watch my silence procced" - duel is won. esp in other matchups like sm vs sm and things like that. doge coversilenve by fast switch or the fear when the other sm was too lazy to switch to mAccu. By limiting sets - u bring a huge limit to skill-lvl in this event. Especially in this kind of tournament - where u choose ppl/classes against each other by captain - there is aboluteley NO point in limiting sets - if u have an mRescleric there - oh well he might win 1 duel due to his set - captain shots mage next who has freewin vs cleric - so wheres the point in limiting sets? This would even take out skill in planning/counteringorder of classes announced by captains. hope u can see it as constructive critic - it's not meant to be a flame. Regards Luya
