Hello, dear players As many of you may have noticed, the server has been unusually unstable for last several days. Such condition is caused by the attacks on the server. Over this period, we've been constantly dealing with the issue, so, please, refrain of thinking that we are not aware of the issue or that we are just waiting for it to pass. This is not the first attempt to harm the server(and I'm sure not the last). All previous attacks were successfully eliminated and the server continues its journey. And this time the story will repeat. However, we will have to face a number of difficulties and unpleasant moments playing the game. Eventually, the attacks will be over. Over the time working on the server, we have closed dozens of exploits in the protection system created by the game developers. With each attack the number of the exploits narrows. As a result the server will keep its stable work and will be even more protected. Our protection system I would also like to give an answer to the comments as "set an anti-ddos system". We've always had a good anti-ddos system which works around the clock and it has never been disabled. Unfortunately, no anti-ddos protection can deal with the exploits in the game server itself. Our developer team is dealing with these problems by other means. At the same time, anti-DDOS system requires some time to block all attacking addresses. It cannot be done in just one move. That's the reason for disconnects appeared in the start of massive attack. After the maintenance on the anti-ddos protection, all the attacking IPs are blocked and can no longer be a threat. Therefore the attackers have to keep updating their botnet to proceed with attack. Current server condition Sadly, we cannot guarantee 24/7 stability of the server yet. There is a chance that we will be forced to perform urgent and more frequent restarts, sometimes without any warnings. Please, keep it in mind when you're going for dungeons and other game activities. After we deal with these issues, the players will be provided with a compensation for the inconveniences. Connection issues If you cannot connect to the server, there is a high probability that your IP address is banned by the anti-ddos system. We recommend using any VPN to access the game. While the attacks are not over, we cannot work individually with each IP address.

Доброго времени суток уважаемые игроки. Как многие из вас могли заметить, сервер работает непривычно нестабильно уже несколько дней. Причина этому - атаки на сервер. Не думайте что мы не в курсе происходящего или просто чего-то ждем. Мы занимаемся проблемой все это время. Это далеко не первая (уверен что и не последняя) попытка навредить серверу. Все предыдущие попытки были успешно ликвидированы и сервер продолжает свой путь. Также будет и в этот раз. Да, вам придется столкнуться с рядом трудностей и неприятных моментов при игре. Но, в конечном итоге, атаки будут полностью устранены. За время работы сервера мы закрыли десятки дыр в защите, которые остались нам еще от разработчиков игры. С каждой подобной атакой - дыр становится все меньше. В конечном итоге сервер продолжит свою стабильную работу и станет еще более защищенным. Наша система защиты Кроме этого, хочу объяснить ситуацию для комментаторов: "поставьте антиддос". У нас всегда была, есть и будет качественная антиддос система котороя работает круглосуточно и никогда не отключается. Но ни одна антиддос система не способна решать проблемы с дырами в защите игрового сервера. Эти проблемы решаются нашей командой другими способами. Также, ни одна антиддос система не способна мгновенно заблокировать все атакующие адреса. На это нужно какое-то время. Именно поэтому вас может отключать от сервера при начале массированной атаки. После отработки антиддос защиты, все атакующие IP блокируются и больше ни чем не угрожают. А атакующим каждый раз нужно обновлять свой ботнет для совершения новой атаки. Настоящее положение дел К сожалению, пока мы не можем гарантировать стабильную работу сервера 24/7. Есть вероятность вынужденных или более частых рестартов, иногда без каких-либо предупреждений. Принимайте это во внимание при походе в данжи и на другие игровые мероприятия. После решения сложившихся проблем, игрокам будет выдана компенсация за предоставленные неудобства. Hello, as you may experienced, during past week there were ddos attacks on server. The game was unplayable, many people lost their instance entries when other with more luck abused doubbled entries. But what I am asking is if there is going to be any recompensation for all time limit boosts from item shop which were not used because there was a chance to it. I mean If someone bought all the possible packs ( 3days ) for the weekend and then playing the game was impossible, that person lost his money for supporting the server. And there is the case with exp boost weekend, new players to experience 1-65 lvl often decide to start leveling during the weekend because of stacking exp boosts. Again, that was taken from them by constant high pings and server disconections. Is there going to be extended period with exp boosts and drop boosts to recompensate losses made by ddos attacks?
