Hello, dear players As many of you may have noticed, the server has been unusually unstable for last several days. Such condition is caused by the attacks on the server. Over this period, we've been constantly dealing with the issue, so, please, refrain of thinking that we are not aware of the issue or that we are just waiting for it to pass. This is not the first attempt to harm the server(and I'm sure not the last). All previous attacks were successfully eliminated and the server continues its journey. And this time the story will repeat. However, we will have to face a number of difficulties and unpleasant moments playing the game. Eventually, the attacks will be over. Over the time working on the server, we have closed dozens of exploits in the protection system created by the game developers. With each attack the number of the exploits narrows. As a result the server will keep its stable work and will be even more protected. Our protection system I would also like to give an answer to the comments as "set an anti-ddos system". We've always had a good anti-ddos system which works around the clock and it has never been disabled. Unfortunately, no anti-ddos protection can deal with the exploits in the game server itself. Our developer team is dealing with these problems by other means. At the same time, anti-DDOS system requires some time to block all attacking addresses. It cannot be done in just one move. That's the reason for disconnects appeared in the start of massive attack. After the maintenance on the anti-ddos protection, all the attacking IPs are blocked and can no longer be a threat. Therefore the attackers have to keep updating their botnet to proceed with attack. Current server condition Sadly, we cannot guarantee 24/7 stability of the server yet. There is a chance that we will be forced to perform urgent and more frequent restarts, sometimes without any warnings. Please, keep it in mind when you're going for dungeons and other game activities. After we deal with these issues, the players will be provided with a compensation for the inconveniences. Thank you for staying with us. Your support and understanding are very important to us. Connection issues If you cannot connect to the server, there is a high probability that your IP address is banned by the anti-ddos system. We recommend using any VPN to access the game. While the attacks are not over, we cannot work individually with each IP address.

Доброго времени суток уважаемые игроки. Как многие из вас могли заметить, сервер работает непривычно нестабильно уже несколько дней. Причина этому - атаки на сервер. Не думайте что мы не в курсе происходящего или просто чего-то ждем. Мы занимаемся проблемой все это время. Это далеко не первая (уверен что и не последняя) попытка навредить серверу. Все предыдущие попытки были успешно ликвидированы и сервер продолжает свой путь. Также будет и в этот раз. Да, вам придется столкнуться с рядом трудностей и неприятных моментов при игре. Но, в конечном итоге, атаки будут полностью устранены. За время работы сервера мы закрыли десятки дыр в защите, которые остались нам еще от разработчиков игры. С каждой подобной атакой - дыр становится все меньше. В конечном итоге сервер продолжит свою стабильную работу и станет еще более защищенным. Наша система защиты Кроме этого, хочу объяснить ситуацию для комментаторов: "поставьте антиддос". У нас всегда была, есть и будет качественная антиддос система котороя работает круглосуточно и никогда не отключается. Но ни одна антиддос система не способна решать проблемы с дырами в защите игрового сервера. Эти проблемы решаются нашей командой другими способами. Также, ни одна антиддос система не способна мгновенно заблокировать все атакующие адреса. На это нужно какое-то время. Именно поэтому вас может отключать от сервера при начале массированной атаки. После отработки антиддос защиты, все атакующие IP блокируются и больше ни чем не угрожают. А атакующим каждый раз нужно обновлять свой ботнет для совершения новой атаки. Настоящее положение дел К сожалению, пока мы не можем гарантировать стабильную работу сервера 24/7. Есть вероятность вынужденных или более частых рестартов, иногда без каких-либо предупреждений. Принимайте это во внимание при походе в данжи и на другие игровые мероприятия. После решения сложившихся проблем, игрокам будет выдана компенсация за предоставленные неудобства. Can't connect since yesterday, when i use vpn its working or when i share my mobile internet its wotking, but with my own wifi its not working. I think i disabled firewall ... but i'm not sure if I did it well, can you help me ?

Здарова лицемеры. Я тут случайно нашел ваш высер насчет "приступлиний на украине (ТМ)". Я понимаю, что метаю бисер перед свиньями (буквально), но должен таки вам сказать. Война окончится. Окончится полным разъёбом хохлонаци. Мы пиздили, пиздим, и отпиздим их в итоге. И дальше всё начнет потихоньку возвращаться в норму (надеюсь). И вот тогда про вас вспомнят... вспомнит про ваши высеры относительно РФ и русских... плакать будете... Совет - готовьтесь переобуваться в полёте, лицемеры вы ебаные.

Нет просто администрация сама писала что будет компенсация Думаю можно мнение игроков послушать и сделать в их сторону А так потерпим ничего страшного Надеюсь скоро всё решиться)

Resetting GP makes as much sense as resetting all player equipment... I'd rather have a 5 officer rank in front, than a 2 officer with +5 jewels the GP reset could lead to the shutdown of elyos assets in particular. the rank represents only the attendance of the player. Nothing more. Today a player +15 / jewels +5 kills a BM player in just a few blows Resetting will scare players off and that's understandable. You want a rank, get moving, and stop QQ and asking for more ease. We are far from the original spirit of aion, where everything was hard. I think the GP reset is something everyone has been wanting for a long time. I wish Admin would take this into consideration. It was done before and a lot of old players came back, just because of a renewed chance and interest. If this was a once per year event, it would be as popular as snowflakes. To quote Almighty (forum post "SERVER ONLINE!"): "We have made a number of decisions that should "refresh" the game on the server and allow it to continue its journey with renewed vigor. All this is not done baseless. We have been regularly receiving proposals to reset the rating of glory. The reason for this is a lot of "dead souls" in it; a huge number of GP that is very difficult to reach for a beginner; the reluctance of new players to start their journey with such conditions."

Yes this is same problem with me. Only in VPN and mobile wifi work game - if u have so much transfer data in phone u can try create hotspot, is better than vpn. In my home wifi game not work...

I have the same problem since about a week now. Sometimes the game works fine, plays for about an hour or two then disconnects and unable to connect to the server again. I've changed no settings from the time it was working fine, a VPN seems to allow connection, checking the game and re-downloading the game, but as soon as you load into the game it immediately disconnects again. Turning the VPN on and off grants connection somehow but only briefly and disconnects as soon as you log in. Is this a measure to prevent DDOS attacks or something? @Observer could you help maybe? Thanks a lot in advance

Hi my english is not good but I also have this problem. I'm yesterday play normal in euroaion, today my client no work have same problem. I try reinstall, try firewall and windows defender - all be ok with this topic. My client work only if i use VPN, but i do not know! In my network client not woork today.
