Out of range / Target too far away bug

Hello, im playing euro aion more than +4 years, and this situation is still same since 2019.Im assassin main and this issue is being a problem for all melee classes at all but as a sin its a huge problem.I got around 45-50 ms which is pretty well to play smooth.But in this server without extend all the assassins can not hit any skills while running because of "Target is too far away" (in the other words out of range) bug, and also I'm pretty sure this is not a hard problem to solve because retail like geo.data is having that kind of problems.Assassins got 2 meter attack range without extends but we can barely hit even between 0-1 meter and not even smooth.Gladiators are a bit better because of they got 3 meter attack range with polearm and also they can use extends efficiently with fusion weapons they dont lose any pvp attack.As a sin im also using extends but when I switch to extends im missing lots of dps because of having +%0 pvp attack from weapons.

I think its a huge dissadvantage and unfair situation for all the melee classes.

I am requesting you to fix this situation as possible as please.

Добрый вечер. Я тоже играя на сине, знаю об этой проблеме. Это очень не удобный фактор в пвп. Когда ты стоишь под целью, а тебе пишет "цель слишком далеко". На офе такой ошибки не было никогда. 

Ещё бывало, что после режущей атаки (будучи за спиной противника), нельзя дать засаду. Пишет "невозможно использовать из-за преграды". А персонаж в этот момент стоит просто под самой целью. 

Большая просьба, пофиксить баг на сине.

Dude! Like you topic! Really important bug. It's pain for assassin's on this server.

Полностью поддерживаю автора! Баг существует. С момента прихода на сервер, сразу ощущается эта проблема с "цель слишком далеко". По сравнению с другим сервером(проектом). 
Администрация, дайте свой комментарий пожалуйста по этому поводу. Проблему хотелось бы решить. Спасибо!

А вот и люди которые впервые слышат о рассихроне в айоне. 

Чем выше пинг - тем больше рассихрон. Все прошаренные сины прыгают, чтоб координаты обновлялись быстрее, и не жалуются что "цель слишком далеко"

и это в твоем - НОРМА жизни уже на этом сервере? 
Типа с этой бажиной нужно просто смириться и играть за багнутый класс? Когда другие классы доведены до нормальной играбельности.

а давай ты у ОФА спросишь "о рассихроне в айоне" - возможно он что-то слышал об этом? Может ты просто не понимаешь о чем идет речь и никогда не играл на других серверах за этот класс?

На игру также может влиять пинг, фпс, разница в пинге.

All the game mechanics, classes, skills work as on the official server of the version 4.6. We didn't change them and aren't going to. 
These moments might be affected by ping, fps, ping difference.

Где-то мы такое уже слышали: 


Дисбаланс в классе из-за таких багов на классе. Фпс 120+ пинг 31-37 стабильно держится. А цель слишком далеко, когда под ней стоишь или в оковы подымаешь и думаешь чем-то ударить, а цель в 10 метрах от тебя.

  1. там все норм. абсолютно все классы сталкиваются с этим, ибо нехер пытаться бить на расстоянии больше чем "дистанция оружия". Также в некоторых скиллах есть своя дистанция (от 1 метра и больше), которая добавляется к дистанции оружия. Большинство массух бьют по номиналу независимо от оружия.
  2. + мини задержка когда появляется надпись "цель слишком далеко".
  3. + пинг твой/цели, рассинхрон, тикрейт и прочая магия движка - это все в одну кучу))

в случае с булавами, кинжалами и мечами дистанция оружия составляет 1,5 метра, следовательно нужно бить когда у тебя показывает 1 метр до цели (по факту там диапазон от 0.5 до 1.4 метра).

такое чувство будто никто не играл гладами, у которого копье на пол метра длиннее двурука.

I play aion for almost 11 years and I play too much times at retail or private servers, so I know that its a not hard problem to solve, and also 40-45 ms ping "must" leads me a stable gameplay experience.Because I'm not living at africa or us I connect the game from europe and with pretty good ping.I know that how aion can have smooth gameplay with 50-60ms Euro aion really far away from that experience.I like euro aion and I care about this server thats why I open a topic, but ppl are suffering from this issue and having problems.Although the players have expressed this complaint many times, why do you not offer any solutions and ignore people? All we expect from you is technical support and creating a more comfortable, "fair" and playable environment for the players.

I have much friends who stopped playing euroaion just because of these bugs and errors. Is losing players and dissatisfying players an unimportant thing for you?

I agree also. I tried leveling an assassin and got annoyed about target too far away on still standing mobs…I can’t imagine people playing pvp with this class. 
i think this is a critical issue making people who only play assassin quitting the game. So we are losing players, and you are losing donations…

any answer to why is it not getting fixed yet? 
 

Ps. I habe between 9-19ping.l and worst case 23ping. I live in Bavaria.

Напиши корейцам, пускай они сетевое ядро поправят и пришлют нам правки для 4.6, думаю они не откажут предоставить такое исправление какой-то там пиратке.

Tbh no need koreans, to upgrade/change game mechanics you dont have to be an official ncsoft employee or you must not contact with them.It is a fixable problem but if u can't handle that situation, I can find someone with sufficient technical skills and refer them to you.

В клиенте для кинжалов и мечей стоит 1,5 метра, для копья 2,5 метра. Откуда вы взяли эту информацию?

Мне они не нужны, у меня нормально всё работает и цель слишком далеко бывает только в том случае если она далеко. Ты админам пиши тогда, а не мне, раз люди такие есть.

Занятно что тему создал европеец, снг сины уже давно свыклись с тем что этот класс тут работает ''правильно''. А что было бы, если хилы не могли хилить на 20м дистанции, а им приходилось подбегать на 15м, вы бы тоже писали про рассинхрон и пинг и то что так должно быть, вот хохма была бы))

It's really sad that this server is lacking good technical support that can add stuff and remove annoying bug and errors just like that one. Apart from first year on this server, all we hear now is "not compatible", "different version" and "try to find a workaround"...

honestly back in the day, when gameforge got really bad, i quit at  5.8 if i remember well.

Before quitting, i tried different Private servers, in the hope to find a reason not to quit the game. There was no Private server with this Problem, and back then my ping was more like 50-80ms.

So it is obvious, the problem can be fixed, and developers probably know how.

The question is, WHY is it not being fixed? I think people Donating money here at least deserve to know why, maybe it is a good reason. If so, im sure people will understand and accept the problem then. But as long as no one tells us anything, ofcourse everyone then believes, developers dont give a crap...
