Hello. I am reopening this issue because the problem remains unresolved and I would like to request a technical recheck. After the server update (January 2026), 26 Augmentation Water disappeared from the inventory of my main character. This item was stored on the same character for more than 3 years: – it was never traded, – never sent by mail, – never placed in account warehouse. All other valuable items and a large amount of kinah remained untouched. In my previous ticket, I was informed that the reason could be account sharing with third parties. However, I would like to clarify that this explanation does not technically explain the situation: – there are no logs of trade, mail, sale or deletion of this item; – no other valuables were affected; – the disappearance coincides exactly with the server update. If there are logs confirming account sharing, I respectfully ask to specify: – dates and times of logins, – what actions were performed on the character, – and how exactly 26 Augmentation Water were removed from inventory without any related logs. I kindly ask you to recheck: 1) character inventory logs after the update, 2) possible item ID or database changes related to this item, 3) whether similar cases were reported by other players. Good day Daevas, I am new to the community and wanting to try out this European private server. BTW, I'm from the Philippines. First, I want to know if my location is granted access to the server. If granted, what ping ratio I am expecting to have? These are the things I want to know and consider before playing. I need your help to figure out the best possibilities there is to play the server. So I was about to do a 4th campaign quest in Theobomos called "Project Drakanhammer" and I'm stuck at part where I have to find Research Diary. I found it but when I click it, nothing happens. I tried relog but it does nothing. Is it bugged? Is there something I can do about it, like writing ticket to support?

Hello I am stuck under the ground. I was jumping of that cliff in morheim above king Zugog. I was going to land on the wooden bridge when I suddenly glitched right under the ground. I can literally do nothing. I was trying to port me back to the obelisk. I was restarding teh game and I am not killable. So yes ... is there a possibility that I can play this character again? Or do I have to delate it? Please let there be a solution. Maybe a fix? Thank you for any advise!

So I have two different characters. charachter one had name 1 and it's name was changed character two is supposed to get the old name of character one but it doesn't work. it just gives me the error message: Invalid Character name. Help would be nice
