Enduring scroll can be used to change stats as many times as you like. You can't cancel it's results. Tochiro scroll changes the weapon completely - including number of manastone slots and etc. Can be applied just a number of times - usualy 3 - it's written on the item. But it can only be applied to the "virgin" item - the one that you never enchanted or insterted manastones or godstones - in other words - can be applied to the item you just got and opened. When you apply it - you will get the interface pop up - where you can see the results and decide to accept them or not. Either you accept the results or no - the number of times Tochiro scroll can be used decreases by 1. Well, i hope i explained everything.
