you will find the NPC Mafa / Matidia 

They will give you the quests (аvailable from level 60 and above):

Quest Description:

Kill Asmodians/Elyos at Katalam, Danaria, and the Abyss (5). 
Talk to Captain Mafa / Matidia

Summary:

Captain Mafa / Matidia told you to use this opportunity to show the Asmodians / Elyos what you are made of.
When you returned to Mafa / Matidia, he gave you the [Event] Commander Card Right Half so that you could complete the [Event] Noble Commander's Card.

This event....again? Why do we have to have this event like 2-3 times each year? 

Especially when last year, you guys completely skipped the Tempering Event (one of the most popular events on this server).

Hello,

For now we put it shortly before the easter event. This one doesn't have to last long and we cannot skip the event specific for the holiday. 
When there's good time and we are sure about ddos problem being solved, we will install the other events too.

Which day event quests will reset ?

Can you extend the duration of the event? 10 days is too short .
we only can get 6x  [Event] Xenophon's Commander Box  till end of event.
I was expecting at least 9 box like before

Thanks for the reply, hopefully we will see the tempering event this year. I didn't realize this hadn't been resolved after 9 months of DDoS....gl

Also i wish we could get more than 9x bag till end of event. I m trying to get beritra phantom wings last 2 event . and still couldnt get .

Agreed. Make this event more repeatable. Many of us finish the whole dumb thing on day one.....then the server goes quiet again.

my suggestion is repetable everyday 1 quest so instead of 9x we can get amount of event duration time. for exp 15 days 15 bags

Hey, thats not a bad a idea at all. Once a day keeps ppl logging each day, rather tham spam one day, then dont come back online again until reset.
