    I am writing this topic for the reason that many players do not know how to unlock their inventory completely in-game, which is essential for good gameplay, have the inventory completely open.

    1 Cube (Buy from the starting city Ishalgen or Poeta)

    Row 1 (Default: 8 slots)
    Row 2 (Default: 16 slots)
    Row 3 (Default: 24 slots)

    2 Cube (Buy in the artisan close to a broker in both faction of main city)

    Row 4 (Default: 36 slots)
    Row 5 (Default: 45 slots)
    Row 6 (Default: 54 slots)

    3 Cube (Buy in the same artisan the first line, upper abbys artisan(top island), and the last line doing a quest)

    Row 7 (Default: 63 slots) -> same artisan as before
    Row 8 (Default: 72 slots) -> artisan in upper abbys (top island) Jarumonerk NPC
    Row 9 (Default: 81 slots) -> Quest (Asmo) Unexpected Reward or (Elyo) A Lucky Day

    4 Cube (Another quest and item-shop upgrades)

    Row 10 (Default: 90 slots) -> Quest (Asmo) Winning Vindachinerk’s Favor or (Elyo) The Legend of Vindachinerk

    Hello @mukadder,
    Send logs are caused by the corrupted game client and/or wrong software.
    Please, install all the programs from the following topic:
    https://forum.euroaion.com/topic/19-possible-problems-with-the-game-client/
    even if you already have higher versions of those. 
    Pay attention to the installation of DirectX!
    In order to fix the game client, add the game to the white list of all your antimalware programs, including windows defender and firewall. Then check the game with the launcher. Make sure you didn't install any modifications to the game and downloaded the game client from us (without updating the other client). 


  3. Hey @intheend1991 if you're talking about the starting skill in crucible arenas, that's how it was on retail and we can't change it right now, you can auto-attack them as well or run and wait for the time, also in that spawning time, the dps is reduced for both players.

    This problem can have several causes such as game file failures or even the operating system, try to check everything.
    Delete the 64 / 32bins folders and use the option to repair the game "check" in launcher also update your DirectX and download the graphics card version before 457.30.

    If you made a donation and the funds were debited from your balance, but you did NOT receive the coins (after 1 hour) - contact Admin/Thealmighty in private messages.

    Please, specify the following information immediately:

    The essence of the problem (money was withdrawn but no coins arrived, funds were withdrawn several times, etc.)
    Payment method (1 or 2) and payment way (Bankcard, qiwi, cryptocurrency, etc.)
    Your username
    The last 4 digits of your card or wallet if it is not a Bank card payment
    The email address that you specified when donating (if the system asked you to specify it)

  7. Hey @tical_,

    If you get this at startup, it is a sign of corrupt, missing or incompatible files in your client. These can either be the items.pak placed in the wrong location. It can be solved differently depending on the cause and whether or not you are aware of what is causing it.
    First of all add the game to the whitelist of all your antimalware programs and firewall.

    1. If you made recent changes to the client, you might have an idea why it is happening. If you used the items.pak, restore the original and delete everything in your data/europe/items/items.pak folder.
    2. If it involves any other corrupt/missing files, repair in the game launcher and or download it again if isn't working all of this


  8. Hey @Sigford 

    This is a common issue. When you change the nickname with the ticket, the old name gets stuck in the server cache. This is made on purpose with the game developers and you get a warning about it when using the ticket. This situation will be solved after tomorrows maintenance, we only can reset old names with the weekly maintenance.

    We are aware that this type of situation has existed for a long time on our server, but we simply cannot control whether players will pass or not,

    as it was in retail many years ago.

    But if you have some suggestion to improve this system I'd love to hear your opinion and tell them to the admins.
