    Hey, @Lycani we can't interfere in the gameplay in this case the best option is to block him and don't invite him again, there's nothing we can do anything about it these problems can happen and we don't have any punishment in our rules for this actions.

    Send logs are caused by the corrupted game client and/or wrong software.

    Please, install all the programs from the following topic: https://forum.euroaion.com/topic/19-possible-problems-with-the-game-client/, even if you already have higher versions of those. Pay attention to the installation of DirectX!

    In order to fix the game client, add the game to the white list of all your antimalware programs, including windows defender and firewall. Then check the game with the launcher. Make sure you.

    Hey you should check this link about the lags and freezes problem in our server.

     

    Just follow all steps and send us that we asked in that post, the admin will check what's your connection problem, also you can check my post about a VPN this might help you out.

    Hey, actually you can't have 12 rows without the item-shop use, in-game the max you can have doing all the quest's is 10 rows, the last two ones you have to buy an item from our item-shop.

    Hey @Xpd,

    Please, check the game with the torrent (not inside the launcher), then start the launcher and press play ignoring all the update requests, also try starting the 32bit version of the game and moving the game to another folder (out of program files (x86)) if it is installed there..

    Hey, when you create or change your character appearance you have an option for that. it will save your character profile.

    Hey,
    Check the game with the torrent and then reject any update request from the launcher and just press 'Play'.

    Hey indeed we have got a solution for that just follow the steps below:

    Solution:
    ->Add the game to the white list of all your antimalware programs including Windows defender and in the firewall. Reboot the PC and start the launcher.
    ->Right click on the game folder -> Properties -> Remove the checkmark from the attribute "read-only" -> OK. Start the launcher.

    Those are rewards from sieges in danaria and katalam, you can get them doing sieges and you might have medals from Pradeth, Silus, and Silona so you can exchange them for a bag(Overflowing Ancient Relic Bundle) with ap there's an image below showing the location for it.

    The event can be done for every player, just get good timing you don't need to PVP to complete it, also staying online get you the icons.
