So, based on the "good work" the introserv have done, probably as the cheapest option, can we hope you get the access to the server back?

They're just subtly saying that it's basically useless to cry/vent, but if you're going to do it anyway you might as well annoy the ones who are responsible for the problem

En medio de esta situación tan frustrante, quiero que sepan que reconozco y valoro todo el esfuerzo, dedicación y transparencia que han demostrado durante estos días.

Gracias por mantenernos informados en todo momento, a pesar de que el soporte técnico de Introserv les haya fallado.

Gracias por no dormir, por trabajar sin descanso y por priorizar la recuperación del servidor.

Gracias por cuidar de nuestra comunidad y por garantizar que nuestro progreso no se perderá.

Entiendo que esto no es culpa suya y que están haciendo todo lo posible para resolver un problema que escapa de sus manos.

¡Ánimo, fuerza y paciencia! Ojalá puedan descansar pronto y recuperar la normalidad.

PD: Por cierto, les he dejado una mala reseña constructiva en Google Maps a Introserv… ;p

I agree with xXvimerXx. Maybe today is the day of frustration but we will survive this difficult time, because we are all in this together right? :D

I wrote to INTROSERV a few minutes ago, and aside from leaving a 1-star rating on Google Maps and writing a review: "EUROAION?" It's not insulting or offensive, but it will be like a small thorn in your heart.
I wrote to them:
What happened to EUROAION?
Do your job well. An entire community is waiting because of your mismanagement. We players are tired of waiting. We think we could lose everything or wait weeks or even months, all because of you.
What they replied (introserv):
We understand your frustration and the urgency of the situation. Please rest assured that we are doing everything possible to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Don't expect anything else out of them, in fact, pushing them might lead to a negative outcome as you and others has been complaining about the situation far more since admins posted the link to their website. It will eventually end in one way, just be patient because technical issues is time consuming and require a lot of time.

I work on corporate and government projects, and one of those is managing two websites. Believe me, when I see a lot of messages from people writing in that chat about the same issue, it helps a lot because I escalate it directly to the president of the entity, and the work to resolve the situation is expedited. What's happening to him has happened to me, so it's good (not to an exaggerated extent) to give him a little push, because he knows a lot of people are seeing and talking about it.

"We understand u are worried but we are not responsible for this problem. For more informations, please contact EUROAION admins".

Are you implying that only things that bound people with Euroaion was their gears and loots ?

That's one of saddest thing I heard for a server. I thought things that should bound people together should be community friendship and trust in administrators team.
