HI I encountered a problem, there is not enough quantity of some kinds of manastones. Number of players decresed and there is less and less stuff on broker. for example "attack 7" ancient manastones there is not even 1 page with it for a week. Is it possible to add manastones as drop to some mobs/instances? right now ancient manastones drop only from infinity shard and ruhnadium (which not many people are doing ) so infinity shard is the biggest source and number of players is halved after 2months of ddos attacks.

don't you have logs to see players in game actions ? why do you need his screenshot?

But often after ddos attack instance pvp are reseted, this makes unbalance if 2 players got rank 1 from siege and one had more time to make extra gp stuff which I point out are not planned and shouldn't be reseted, he will make a gap to the second player. it's not fair, especially after glory reset where difference between 2 ranks are small.

so. just after the glory reset, server is getting ddosed, players have problems with doing pve instances because of disconections. Some players cannot participate in pvp instances when others can do 4/6 kamar/jmr runs during a day. It's not good to allow situation like this happen, when everyone want to compete in glory ranking, there are multiple pvp instance resets that many players are abusing. Do admins consider to delay glory reset when the server is playable without ddos attack every siege and multiple jmr pvp/ kamar/ EB pvp resets?

well.... maybe start fixing pvp buff which turns on when there is big imbalance in fractions? It's not working on elyos because some players are farming reward from lower reshanta fortresses, and even with all fortresses in katalam/danaria/upper reshanta being taken by asmodians, elyos don't have this buff. Maybe turning it on during a siege would help? Maybe another buff for siege would help? I mean administration have 10 years of retail aion exeprience, they just need to read retail forum and patchnotes. Solutions are ready but I am starting to feel administration don't care about health of their server. If people are donating it's all fine, server is working alright, perfect balance, no one is abusing anything, there in no account selling and kinah trading and if someone have lags and losses half the instances entries its his fault. He tried to play the game and got f**ked.

Hello, as you may experienced, during past week there were ddos attacks on server. The game was unplayable, many people lost their instance entries when other with more luck abused doubbled entries. But what I am asking is if there is going to be any recompensation for all time limit boosts from item shop which were not used because there was a chance to it. I mean If someone bought all the possible packs ( 3days ) for the weekend and then playing the game was impossible, that person lost his money for supporting the server. And there is the case with exp boost weekend, new players to experience 1-65 lvl often decide to start leveling during the weekend because of stacking exp boosts. Again, that was taken from them by constant high pings and server disconections. Is there going to be extended period with exp boosts and drop boosts to recompensate losses made by ddos attacks?

this topic appear on forum over and over during past 2/3months or even longer. And administration reaction was giving new players on elyos 7day boosts. I mean its pointless. Imagine newbies gearing up on elyos, there is no hall of knowledge ( it means less manastones on broker, there is no kroten/Kysis/Miren ( it means less ceramium medals, less abbys points, less manastones ). No fortress rewards for elyos ( it means less ceramium medals ). I mean if 2 people start playing on this server 1 on elyos and 1 on asmo, the one on asmo will have abbys gear in 1 month and the one od elyos in 3 months. how do you administrtion wants to balance that if more new players are coming to asmo side because its easier and funnier. And many elyos players migrated to asmo side can you tell why?

there was elyos league few weeks ago and it was outnumbered by 2 leagues on asmos. Its basicly 1elyos to 2 asmos on siege. And as asmo I dont like it when there is 10 elyos on safezone and plenty of asmos killing them when they leave zone. I just waste time standing in contributon zone waiting for someone to appear. Current situation encourage to doing ap trades which is against the rules. Imagine missing first 20mins of 1 hour siege. there is noone going into fortress contribution zones, sometimes you will see ranger/sin on hide trading ap, There is nothing funny in sieges right now. Its just crying for glory points no more.

try it, feel it on your own skin, to comparsion try making the same thing on elyos and then decide if 7 day shitty boost are going to help. The second thing is many top 100 accounts doesnt participate in siege, with gp reset there will be more active xforms, yesterday on reshanta there were 80 elyos + some on invisible status. How many popped xfroms you guys saw?

Are you counting new accounts players make to abuse future events like snowflakes, shugo tomb, current munin's ghost?? there are hundreds accounts with 30 lvl characters. Players don't want to join lsot siege bcs there is no reward. New asmos player can join siege and get 1 cera for each fortress easly on the other hand new elyos player has trouble getting into contribution zone for each fortess. There was elyos league recently and elyos were outnumbered 1elyos for 2 asmos.

Yes you see all trades of this player if this is not enough, you should look for some help, If admins with their acces to information cannot find kinah seller how ordinary players could? The best way is to ask players for doing your job. And at top of that you are ignoring players help. On retail admins were able to stay online during night and chase afk farmers ( templars who were killing mobs with reflect ). You cannot deal with people who are farming 10h a day for months on the same spot.

You are executing it very poorly as administartors, you have access to all information about player, view to logs. And still people who spend hundreds hours on farming spots are not suspected. Yea you can tell it's someones hobby to log in and go farm for 12 hours straight every day. Maybe he is gearing up character, it must be very expensive because the same ppl are farming there for months ! you as administartion basicly are allowing situation like this to happen. You always say tosend you proofs when someone point you at problem. Probably you forgot that it's YOUR ( all admins ) jobs to chase kinah sellers. When you lern that this server is different than retail and you have to make some adjustment. There is still no way to use kinah, there is more and more in circulation. it makes infaltion. And infaltion cause players prefer to buy kinah than farming it. Not everyone wants to spend whole day TRYING to farm. I say trying because all good spots are occupied by kinah sellers and they are using accounts on both races to get rid of casuals.

could you make drop rates and enchanting rates like on old retail?

Different methods, the same effect ( obviously noanimation gives more but benefits remain the same, using skills faster and its not 20ms difference). And dont forget synapse macros do more than spamming one key 1000 times in second . How can i be not frustraded when I see someone who clears himself of using programs which gives him advantages over casual Bob. I mean there is no need to do that, everyone knows that players abuse whats possible to compete with others. But lets call things by name, shall we? I don't use any macros outside the ones accesable in game. And I see difference beetween person who have synapse and who doesn't, Even if players have 20ms both. Don't try to deny it. "It's 2022" big chunk of players already used or they are still using stinky files ( i mean for sure they are ). I wish there is one day without any cheats or programs which helps in game. Sadly it's not going to happen.

Hello, I would like to ask if there is going to be any solution for current promblem with sieges. For half of a year asmo is dominating sieges in katalam, danaria and reshanta. Except glory there is no reward for doing siege so many players give up on this. Right now, when you look at players participating in siege you can see big disproportion in numbers. It could be fixed by new players who join elyos side but without any fortress its hard to gear up and if there is no profit from siege nobody wants to join in. Only glory warriors go there to climb in ranking. For elyos after hitting 2star there is no more interes in going sieges. Could you add some reward for failing on siege? I am talking about ceranium medals/mithril medals. To encourage losing faction for participating in siege and give them a chance to gear up? Maybe solution from tiamaranta will work? You can check by yourself players in danaria/katalam/reshanta on both sides during a siege and compare them, you will see that for 1 elyos there are 2 or 3 asmos.

no animation makes the same thing, like ping is 20 instead 70, but its "banned". You see synapse macro as harmless program, I as substitute of noanimation for chickens. We are not the same.

using skills with no delay is not advantage at all kek

All types of arenas are gp farming circus, ppl sniping their alts, ashes of legends trading top 3 in monthly ranking on chaos arenas, glory arenas no comment its never 1v1v1v1. And every shitty player walking with synapce macros trying to flex how good in pvp he is kek.

Hello, did you saw players online on both races for last day durig siege??? In was 44% ( elyos ) to 56% ( asmos ). Are you insane to just watch when this happen? Don't tell shit about grouping elyos. You as administartors made this problem and you should to solve it. Telling that it will solve when one asmo legion stop playing wont fix it . At the moment elyos players are moving on asmo side. so there are less and lesss elyos and more asmos, with time this disproportion is just growing. And administrators are doing nothing to it.

With each week there is more and more kinah on the server, this makes items insanely expensive ( for exaple plume +5 which on retail was worth 600-700kk, here its 3kkk ). Gearing up new character fast is possible thanks to big amout of kinah sellers. Many players focus only on farming big amouts and then sell them, not to mention account selling. For new player who doesn't want to invest into game, gearing up takes too long. Does support have any thoughts about this problem? is it normal that starting new game from 0 is on lost position?

They don't care about health of the server....... they will wake up when donators get bored and leave. Players are allowed to exchange geared account and making new one is getting harder and harder. this server is standing in one place for 2.5 year and many aspects are already abused to its limits. No way to use kinah in end game leads to selling currency and inflation. Situation changes with each day. Players who starded playing year ago had it easier than players who start now. And administration is not doing any adjustment.

again, "it's not allowed" but you execute banning trading too poorly. Most of inactive accounts are listed on trade sites/discords. But I guess you cannot check which accounct is listed even if it has full gear in description with glory number.

maybe I start running this server for you? There is problem with kinah trade and you are ignoring it. If you can't punish enough sellers to disencourage them, maybe there is another solution? Maybe more accurate events, which cannot be abused by players with 100 alts ( yes I'm talking about snowflakes ). Maybe make doing instances and playing game itself more profitable? Watching from behind and just blinking wont fix anything. You have advantage over retail you know which past decisions made players happy and which made players quit the game.
