In order to fix the issue you can do the following: 1) use a vpn program 2) change your IP: a) if it is dynamic - reboot your router; b) if it is static - you will have to contact your internet provider and request IP change.

Напоминаю, что ОС с арен убрали не по причине большого количества ОС, а по причине переливов. Как уже писалось ранее - других способов исправить это нет.
