Раз проблема не решена, попробуйте еще следующие варианты (желательно по одному) а) ПКМ по папке с игрой - Свойства - Убрать галочку с "только чтение" и применить ко всем вложенным файлам и папкам (галочка может остаться, это не проблема). Затем ПКМ по файлу лаунчера euroaion.exe - Свойства - Совместимость. Если на режиме совместимости установлена галочка, снимите ее и примените настройки. Запустите игру и проверьте работу эффектов. б) Перейдите в aion/bin23 и найдите файл euroaion.dll. ПКМ по файлу - свойства - проверьте есть ли в свойствах раздел о блокировке и если это так, файл необходимо разблокировать (см. спойлер). Повторить с тем же файлом в bin64! в) Попробуйте использовать ВПН, выбрав в нем сервер Германии (+ при входе в игру используйте сервер Германия 1).

Здравствуйте, Добавьте папку с игрой и лаунчер в исключения всех антивирусных программ и фаерволов (стандартная Защитник windows и все, которые у Вас установлены), и попробуйте снова. Также, пожалуйста, сделайте скриншоты, на которых видно, что игра и лаунчер внесены в исключения, и пришлите их нам + укажите Вашу версию Windows. Спасибо.

Hello, Chatlog consumes a lot of resources and may completely freeze the game. We recommend trying to play with it on read only.

It indeed may be the issue, as some of the powerful CPU are... well, they are too powerful for the game. Try limiting the cores number. You can do it the following way: run the launcher and open task manager. In the task manager go to "Details" and find Euroaion.exe. Right click on the process -> Set affinity. Another window will pop, and it will allow you to uncheck some of the cores. We recommend trying to disable them one by one and checking if it solves the issue. However, most of the users reported that >12 cores work fine.

К сожалению, проблемы внешние и, похоже, вызваны блокировками на территории РФ. Мы уже приняли меры со своей стороны, но они помогли не всем игрокам. Если у Вас так и не запускается игра, единственный выход - использовать ВПН.
