Info about the maintenance: The framework of the server was extended - a new physical server was set. This is made in order to increase the server capacity and to avoid problems in the future. Anticheat-System was updated from the server side. Previously found security holes have been eliminated. For the moment, no cheats that are known to us can be activated here. If you know about some still working holes in the system and are ready to make the server better, contact us, we will discuss it and reach an agreement. Inner server errors fixed. Works on the problematic quests. Tests required. Website and forum fixes (some of the were made before, some in this maintenance): Fixed the overlaying of the reactions to posts to the upper menu of the forum; Revised the translation mistakes in the French version (on the main page); Now the whole item card in the shop is clickable (was only the name of the item); Faction was added to the description of the items and checking of it during the purchase; Fixed/added the notifications about errors in the game shop; Fixed the problems of purchases on some characters;

We do see the problems, but have some other ways to solve them/ In case of the huge gap in numbers between two races we will take drastic measures, is there's no other way to solve the problem. However, we are not ready, and don't really see it as a way out, to give out ceramium and even add it to the events. Events can only be made for both factions, we cannot start an event just for one side. So this will mean that asmos will receive medals as well. Now the difference is about 50 players, so it is too early to start paniking. Thank you once more for your suggestions, we will take note of them.

Мы не выдаём за это наказания, но это все укладывается в рамки приличия. Вас никто не будет ругать за Ваш ломаный английский или за использование переводчика, мы же не в школе. Спасибо.

The problen is in the german localization. We will try to fix it soon. For now you can use english version of the game.

We have already told that in case of the huge problems the registration for the prevailing side will be closed. No need in paniking about it. The difference is not very huge, it's just about 50 players. We do see the problem of disbalance and it will be strictly solved if there's no other way. Also we have said that we are ready to solve the problem with tradekilling, but we cannot do anything without reports with screenshots or videos.

This is the rule for every player. Not only for you. It is in the policy of the server that we do not make transfers.

Hello, You have created a topic without any npc names, without screenshots, withour links or IDs. We cannot just immediately understand what you're talking about. How should we know what exactly you're talking about? You said that you will provide the screenshots, so we let you do it. Now as you sent it: this is probably only german localization problem, as everything works fine in english version of the game. We will check this issue, but if it is necessary now, you can switch to english to get the items. Hello, do you also use german version, or is it in english?

Hello, try disabling your anti virus program first, and windows defender. Also, if that doesn't work, check your windows. It is possible that you're using some glitchy build. Try installing another build and version of windows, cleaning your PC.
