Enlighten me please, if you want your players (thousands of them) to go through the process of changing their IP constantly (something which some of them can't do because of their ISP) doesn't it mean that the Attacker can do the exact same thing, hence making this whole hustle pointless? What is stopping Godxd (the ddoser on Asmo side Lv9 Sorc) who announces the DDOS literally seconds before it happens to do the EXACT SAME thing to bypass your protection and keep DDOSing the server? Didn't this happen yesterday even after you implemented the new protection? He shut down the server after Siege (on EB time, hence why you had to gives tens of EB Reset scrolls today) while typing on LFG how much he likes Lulu. The change you made yourselves killed the will of the players to play the server more than anything in the server's history, more than people jumping to GC, more than the server fire, more than random GP reset, more than the DDOS itself. They can't play the game, the administration itself does not want them, they are not welcome. And do not kid yourself, they are your customers, you are not doing anyone a favor. You are making thousands of € out of it monthly. I doubt you could make even the 1/10th of that in real life.

А поддержка х64 клиента не даст вспомнить о долгой загрузке и низком FPS!* Вы сами создали проблему с входом игроков ! если смотреть по ip и сообщению админа вы сами перенесли сервер в РФ тем самым создали проблему с входом! Перенесите сервер в другой дата центр ( в другой стране) думаю игроки вам помогут !! и проблема с входом будет решена !

+ Теме.Что делать игрокам с Украины? Сегодня как раз купил 1000 коинов (теперь зачем они мне если на серв не зайти). ВПН особо не помагает к Вам на серв зайти нельзя, хотя на Дестени через впн без проблем.

You make very good points. How ever i feel, there is no point in being angry about the current ddos situation. Just stop playing the server, thats all we can do sadly. i still frequently check up on the server, for i have hope they will move past those problems and we will be able to enjoy it again, at some point in the future.

unblock all the IP, we dont care if we play under ddos aslong the half of your player base isnt banned. this is worst then ddos .. u just added a new dumb thing "IP BAN" its like "get DDOS" the same shit but now us players got to deal with ddos and admins CANNOT UNDERSTAND YOU ADMINS.

Sadly, the server is currently under ddos attacks, therefore our guard system is actively blocking the IPs of the attackers. However, it may also block IPs of the normal players due to heavy attacks. It also happened to the IPs of the admins. In order to fix the issue you can do the following: 1) use a vpn program 2) change your IP: a) if it is dynamic - reboot your router; b) if it is static - you will have to contact your internet provider and request IP change.

ооо второй заход на васю...ток скинул добрый человек свитки кд (НЕ АДМИНИСТРАЦИЯ!! ей пох) и сново все по пзде.....круто я походу должен радоваться этому и хвалить за "щедрость" администрацию....вобще да сам виноват нечего было заходить в игру вобще походу других оьяснений у меня нет....я понимаю атаки и на серв это я вижу но можно нежлобиться хотяб на такие мелочи и давать не 0 а хотяб 2 свитка тогда! хотя о чем это я это же небьсь подорвет экономику пхах....

даже 15 невернули) и забанили диск за просьбу свитков кд....отношение просто супер......так тут скоро будут сами бегать...

Вопрос хороший. Но ответа на него у меня нет. Мы не сможем сделать выборку кто с Украины и продлить тем временные предметы. У нас нет другого выхода. Нам нужно обеспечить стабильную работу сервера для основной массы игроков. В приоритете игроки с Европы. Мы не знали что будет такая проблема с подключением из Украины. Это выяснилось уже после установки защиты. Но дело нужно довести до конца и только после этого искать альтернативные варианты для решения этой проблемы.

Вы таки можете разбанитиь людей и прокси - но их тупо сразу же опять забанит, поэтому разбанивать смысла нет. Это я понимаю. Вернёмся к вопросу "что же делать". Вы пытались аргуменировать творящееся безумие тем, что если не банить все IP подряд - сервер повалят ддосом. Тут есть зерно истины. Но неужели вы не понимаете, что в подобной ситуации стрелять банами по толпе категорически противопоказано - тут экран с перехватом пакетов нужен, а не истребление собственных пользователей. Тем более что проблема с ддосом всё равно не была решена. Рассмотрите варианты, спасите сервер.
