Tips for ms/ping reduction?

Hello!

So I moved today and my ping is lets say 5-10x times higher going from stable 30-40 to 120-380. So far I've tried leatrix, nimakin, with/without ncping and exitlag and improvement is 0 for all except exitlag which reduces the ping with 1-3%. Anyone else have some tips or better to just leave the game and find something else?

What if your internet, can i see speedtest or something
also do you have fiber or mobile network, also router can be problem

You should really try the VPNGAME it's just insane, the stability and the way it downs your pings it's very good, at least it works for me and most of my friends.
