They are killing other people that farm in "their" spot but that as you pointed out does not go out of the current rules. From what  I see we as a community are handling the problem well enough.

But this goes outside current rules, doesn't it? 2 clients and 2 accounts are allowed, but four of them? I though that was against the rules. 

And lately this has been going on so badly it borders on straight up chinese gold farming. Each corner is taken everyday by the same people running 4 clients with 4 accounts. Are we allowed to run 4 clients at the same time?

Its not only that , some ppl have double account than they bringing their lolyos toon on Tia siege so they have top AP contribution (L120,Ceras)

GMs should investigate that, and il try to SS it.....

Stop crying! People spent time and maybe money on a second account, what did you do besides whining on the forum? If you can't kill someone else's twink while playing as the main character, then you should brew potions or look elsewhere! When you're dressed, come over and punch him in the face! Here, many already have characters for both races. For such places people fight for hours, and then you come with a bare booty and everyone has to disperse?

We are not prohibited by the Rules of the server to have accounts on different races.
At the same time, the Rules of the project should not be violated - trade AP on the siege or abuse of Pvp quests is prohibited.
