Blood Marks exchange limit blocked

Hello,

I would like to clarify a question regarding the Blood Marks exchange at bases No. 78 and No. 83 in in North and South Katalam.

Normally, each character has a limit of 5 exchanges per week. However, this week, without having used that limit even once, I was unable to make a single exchange — the system immediately shows that the limit has been reached.

Could you please clarify:

1. Have there been any recent changes to the rules or limits for the Blood Marks exchange?
2. Is this a technical bug that should be fixed?

I'd also like to note that these quests, and the Blood Marks exchange as a reward for them, are one of the enjoyable activities on the server that add variety to the gameplay. If tightening the limits or blocking the exchange was a deliberate decision by the administration, I would appreciate an official explanation of the reasons. I hope this is a technical issue rather than an intentional decision, since the latter would significantly affect our desire to play on the server.

Hello,

This issue was caused by maintenance that took place while the purchase limits were being reset.

We are working on resolving it right now. The limits will be reset during the next server restart, which will be either tomorrow or on Friday.
