    Hello,

    This has nothing to do with the automatic entry. We did not even touch the system of application. 
    If there's no enemy or a group for you, you won't get the entry even with the button. 

    The problem is that you're applying while there's no one else interested in this battleground. Most probably you're applying in the very end of application time, when everyone else has already finished their runs. + note that there are less players duing the day, rather than during the evening.

    Hello,
    The items can be exchanged/refunded or restored if they were purchased within 24h before your message to us.
    For this follow the instructions: 
    Throw away the wrong item and provide the screenshot. Screenshot must contain
    - character nickname, 
    - ranking of ALL players or legions (abyss ranking list, NOT your OWN ranking) 
    - server time (for this put the mouse on the small moon/sun near the navigating map). 
    - chat on the screenshot must write: "You have discarded [the item]".  (system chat)
    IT MUST BE ONE SCREENSHOT! DON'T CUT IT!

    We will also need your character name.
    + link to the item in our game shop

    -логин
    -запрошенная сумма монет
    -точные время и дата оплаты
    -использованная платежная система (их 4 на нашем сайте)
    -способ оплаты (их несколько в системах)
    -4 последние цифры карты, если таковая использовалась
    -ID (номер) транзакции в текстовом виде, если оплата была криптовалютой
    -адрес электронной почты, указанный при оплате, если таковой был запрошен системой.

    Hello,

    The security of the accounts of our players is very important to us and we do everything to keep every account safe. Even the administration don't have access to the passwords of the players.
    Possible variants of "hacking":
    - you gave the account to other people;
    - you made same accounts (username + password combination) on ther aion servers and it was used to access your account on our server (someone used the correct password and username to enter your account).
