Usually such issue happens, if there's something either blocking the game, or the anti-cheat is behaving strangely because of some other 3rd part programs running along with the game. This may also happen if you access the game from another PC (using remote access or similar)

For this you will need a torrent client. You will need to upload our torrent file, choose the location with the installed game, remove the mark "create a new folder" and run the checking.

There's still something blocking your game client. Usually it is overlays. Make sure that OVERWOLF from teamspeak is not installed on your PC. This overlay causes issues even when it's closed.

Hello, After you checked the game with the torrent, you need to reject all the update requests in launcher. Only accepting the update causes this issue. You just need to press on PLAY and that's it.

The point is in using torrent client. You need to get some torrent client and update the game with it using our torrent file (in the download menu on the website). After this you need to ignore all the requests for updates in the launcher.

Also try starting 32bit version of the game and moving the game to another folder (out of program files (x86)). Currently you're trying to start 64bit application from 32bit folder.
