Не помню досконально этот квест, но вроде бы квестовые предметы по нему имеют далеко не 100% шанс выпадения, и нужно потратить некоторое количество времени на выполнение задания.

Здравтсвуйте, По поводу потрченых предметов: Действительно, если мы сейчас начнем точечно выдавать предметы игрокам, то у нас просто больше ни на что не останется времени: ни на фиксы, ни на поддержку, ни на разработки. Компенсация будет, когда будет уверенность в стабильности. Мы об этом писали и раньше. Сейчас не выдаем компенсацию и не будем, потому что компенсированные предметы могут быть снова использованы впустую опять же из-за атак. По кругу ходить смысла не видим. По поводу ивентов: Ставить ивент на нестабильный сервер - не самая лучшая идея. Игроки будут вылетать, будет много негатива, многие будут "оставаться без наград". Лучше уж подождать и запустить ивенты тогда, когда в них смогут без проблем участвовать все игроки. Не волнуйтесь, у нас все запланировано и готово на этот счет. Мы тоже не радуемся в такой ситуации и очень расстроены, что не можем запустить ивенты, не можем выдать подарки. Надеемся на Ваше понимание.

Здравствуйте, Если Вы обвиняете какого-то игрока в переливе, Вы можете прислать нам доказательства этого, а не нарушать правила самостоятельно. Снимать блокировку чата не будем, у Вас уже несколько страниц А4 с нарушениями. Советуем задуматься над этим, потому что мы уже задумались о более жестких мерах.

Здравствуйте, О проблемах написано везде, даже при входе в игру. Сочувствуем, что у Вас такое впечатление, но это никак не может ускорить процесс. Защиту и патчи нельзя поставить одной кнопкой "установить" и просто нажать "ОК". Игра, кстати, бесплатная. Если Вы нас поддерживаете, то спасибо Вам, средства идут на работы по восстановлению стабильности. Здравствуйте, Это все проблемы, вызываемые атаками. Соединение становится нестабильным. О компенсации слишком рано говорить, проблема еще не устранена. Починить все за 1 день нельзя, там не просто кнопка "установить", как при установке многих приложений. Да, онлайн просел, это ожидаемо и мы это видим. По поводу ивентов мы согласны с пользователем выше: если сейчас что-то ставить, то будет только больше негатива по причине вылетов.

В банах айпи нет. Есть проблемы с подключением к серверу из-за ддос. И пока проблема атак не решится, чуда не будет. Чтобы другие игроки не заходили на осаду, тоже нужо выключать сервер, что никак не поможет в закрытии дыр.

Здравствуйте, Уже писали ранее в других темах, что с запуском игры из Украины могут быть проблемы: провайдеры блокируют сервисы нашей защиты (т.к. производитель российский). Некоторым помогает ВПН, но не все программы. Также мы писали, что можно позвонить провайдеру и сообщить им наш IP, попросив дать доступ к нему, но очень маловероятно, что это даст какие-то результаты. Пока проблему с ДДОС не решим, не можем начать решать проблему с доступом из Украины. Сожалеем и надеемся на Ваше понимание.

The decision was based after analysing the situation and continuous complaints from the players about unfair abuse of the game mechanics when entering the arenas. Если у Вас черный экран при запуске редактора, то в настройках нужно сменить графический движок на обычный. Изменили как раз из-за этой проблемы. А не проблема появилась в следствие изменений.
