Hello, That's completely not true, that the server does not help to the new players. On the screenshot your character is wearing the full gear and weapon that was given at the very start of the game. Plus for sure you received and used the items that were given for free while levelling up. Some things require time to obtain and this is part of mmorpg. Buying and selling kinah for real money is prohibited.

Конечно не можем. Если нам кто-то присылает жалобы в личные сообщения, мы не имеем никакого права раскрывать личность пользователя, который это сделал. Также об этом написано в правилах. Но как-то странно получается: баним - плохо, не баним - плохо. Видимо все не так, как Вы описываете, вот и живет сервер. Мне совсем не понятно, что Вы хотите сказать. Не вижу связи между двумя игроками, и не понимаю, на что именно жалоба? Если у Вас на кого-то жалоба, присылайте ее четко и с доказательствами.

Здравствуйте, Ивенты новые делались. Новое обновление было сделано буквально вместе с установкой ивента (нпс с предметами за медали). Как уже писалось ранее много раз: просто взять и создать новый данж/ивент мы не можем, используем то, что есть. Был новый ивент с тортом в каталаме, были ивенты от администрации. Это ивент на день рождения. Был переделан в ивент с тортом и сундуками в каталаме, так как в конматах слишком ограничено число входов.

Если у Вас есть конкретные жалобы, присылайте их в таком виде, чтобы к ним не оставалось никаких вопросов. Если у Вас никаких доказательств нет, то оставляйте все как есть и просто ждите, пока это сделаем или мы, или кто-то другой. П.С. Бесплатные монеты никому на сервере не выдаются. Их можно получить либо за поддержку сервера посредством доната, либо за помощь в развитии проекта (например, стримы), либо за прямое участие в работах на сервре.

Если мы будем выдавать наказания по подобным сообщениям, то будет беспорядок, который не нужен ни нам, ни нашим игрокам. Хотите, чтобы нарушитель был наказан - предоставляйте 100% наказания. Должна быть видна прямая связь между нарушением и аккаунтом нарушителя, никаких косвенных доказательств, по которым "можно понять, что это вот он". Мы всегда ЗА наказание недобросовестных пользователей. Мы прекрасно понимаем, что они только портят игру и мешают другим. Но эти действия не должны быть безосновательными.
