Hello, Something blocks the game process. Disable your antimalware programs, windows defender, make sure you installed directx correctly (check the describtion of installation in the sticked post). DirectX must be of 2008 version, not higher.

Yes, but you should have left the launcher though. Now you can download the launcher from the website, put it into the game folder and run it for checking the game. -

Hello, Disable all your antimalware programs and windows defender, then delete the folders /L10N, bin32, bin64 and all the files in the game folder (only files, not folders). Check the game with the launcher. -

Hello, Please, check if you blocked the connection for the game in your firewall. Also, if you use any proxy, vpn, try to run the game without it. If that doesn't help and you didn't use any vpn, we would suggest to download one (any, e.g. kaspersky secure connection) and start the game with it on. After the game is launched, you can try to close vpn for better ping.

You just said that you had anoer error, not sendlog. For the sendlog, please, copy everything from the details and send it as a file. Do you get sendlog right on the start of the game? And please, give the real description of the problem. All this time you were saying you got memory write error as crystal, and now i can see that it is sendlog. it confuses

So, this error is connected with something wrong on your PC, most possibly this is a memory program. Run the game as administrator, clean your pc, remove and put back ram table(s), stop unnecessary programs.. There can be really a lot of problems and they are all not connected with game issues. The problem is only in the pc.

Hello, The server shares the files with 20mb/sec speed. Probably there're a lot of people downloading the game at the same time, plus networks are heavily loaded due to the qurantine.

Hello, Now you need to go to the game folder, find the archive StartGame.zip and unpack it into the game folder. Then start the unpacked file. If the launcher starts the download from the very beginning, go to the settings and provide the path to the game.
