Hello, This amulet is given on the level 12, if you haven't taken it right away, it disappears. As I see, you're talking about second character, and those gifts are only available for the first character on the account. -

Hello, We always control the situation of factions disbalance. For the whole lifetime of the server we have added bonuses for one of the factions in order to even the balance and it always worked. Right now there are 14 more elyos on 65th level than asmodians. Is it that huge gap? We will take measures, when needed. You don't have to worry about it.

Hello, This is the common issue. When you change the nickname with the ticket, the old name gets stuck in the server cache. This is made on purpose with the game developers and you get the warning about it when using the ticket. For now, you need to wait for the maintenance for we will clear the names cache and your nickname will be available again.

Hello, This can also be the problem of the game graphic settings or videodrivers. We would suggest you to check settings in the game and try to change them. If that doesn't work, check your videocard drivers for updates, install DirectX june 2008 version. -

Hello, If the location is easily reached without bugs, it is ok. Kaisinel beacon is not a problem, but do not go to the enemy base in tiamaranta's eye. Climbing textures is not a problem as well. There's nothing against it.
