Hello, It doesn't only depend on having kills. There's an invisible ranking, and if you don't het high in it, you don't get any reward.

К сожалению, вряд ли получится "исправить" данного нпс, так как он был разработан еще NCsoft, и файлы закодированы без возмжности разблокировки.

Hello, Solution:a) Add the game to the white list of all your antimalware programs inclusind Windows defender and in firewall. Reboot the PC and start the launcher.b) Right ckick on the game folder -> Properties -> Remove the checkmark from the attribute "read only" -> OK. Start the launcher.

Hello, Virtual machine is not cheating, and if anticheat does't detect it, it doesn't mean that it doesn't work at all. We can sugges that maybe there's some correlation with the PC features, but can't say for sure. You're lucky if you don't have to disable the virtual machine for playing the game then. However, as it was said before, we are not the creators of anticheat, but the users of it.

Hello, We are sorry for your situation, but the character can't be deleted by itself. Do not give your accounts to anyone and such things won't happen to you. The character cannot now be restored and you have to start from the very beginning.

Hello, This may hapen due to the newer NVIDIA drivers, terefore you can try downgrading them. You need 459 or 457 version. In case the problem is not in your graphic card, it may be caused by the overlays of some ther programs that you use (teamspeak, discord and other). Try to disable all overlays and check if it helps.
