is graphical bug , this bug exist since 2009. I did this question to ncsoft 200 times ( i was playing sin) and got same replay

if you are cleric go on dps and thats all I play cleric (dps) and never go on group/ally for this reason

special ability allways must be on top ( extend , skin ) or you loose em. And remember if you are sin or gladi ( for dual weapon ) you need both hand extend to get the max dist 5meter, if you have 1 exted you get 3 meter if i remember

But yes those actions are known since first day of Dredgionfrom Live NC servers. They use asmo/elly char just to spot groups or they use for afk to make others to fail ( 3vs5 premaid no chance)

Quickbar and minimap can be moved from lock icon down on the first quickbar. You can move only Floating Quickbar 1 and 2 ( pic 2).

ping depend from 1) pc configuration 2) what software are running in backroud ( win updates or other softwares) 3) from your internet connection 4) game server Check the 2 first usually is the problem

From my experience all of this year ( official + euroaion) the drop rate of items is allmost the same at three rooms ( bronze/silver/gold) the only thing that change is the amount of items that drop.
