connection lost , recconecting .

sameone help me please i tryed everything to solve this problem . turning off all antivirus , put game in to whitelist . but nothing, still same .

i would delete game and reinstall but i was downolading game for like 1 day, as i saw at forum it does not help to solve this problem.

what if i reinstall my windows and downolad again ? will it be fixed ?
