Are the issues with exitlag getting resolved or .. ?

All i want to know if this is getting fixed one day so at least i know i should keep loging in to pick my arena tickets and afk for my candies. Just please don't come and tell me this is an exitlag issue  because i already contacted their support and their servers are fine, i also tested the servers with a different game and all of them work properly and as intented.
