Server Freeze all the time

Please, fix the freeze on the game. everyone is getting affected and getting 10 sec or more of freeze. Ty S2

This is the first report of this kind. We are not fure therefore that everyone is affected. Could you please specify the kind of freezes? Does the picture freeze?

I Lose 200 gp because That

I asked about 10 people, and everyone who was in the boss room was frozen but managed to get their GP, but those who weren't in the boss room couldn't even open their wings, just like me.

when you are playing the game freezes for everyone for 3-10 seconds and affects everyone. i ask and everyone and ppl experienced the same.

it is like a lag. you are lagged for seconds and the last command does not count. it happens with ppl from diferent countries and conections.

For me, it feels as if the ping spikes once into the thousands and then immediately normalizes again. This causes rubberband-effects while moving and non-execution of skills.
I'm using proxy germany and no extra software. Outside of the spikes my ping is low as usual.

Have you tried switching to another proxy? Do the lags stay the same? 

Are you able to move your character at this moment?
