Vinna disappeared from my inventory

Hello, I don't understand, but the 38 Vinna of Luck [item: 169629002] are no longer in my inventory. I only use them for farming in the Katalam basement. I checked my other storage areas, and pets, etc., have disappeared. I leave them in my inventory as usual, and when I sell my harvest, I'm very careful not to sell just anything.
