After learning and many trials and restarting the game the animation does not appear.

here it says
Penetrating Lock
chanter doesn't have such a skill
Please help me where the mistake is?

when u buy bm skin skill its appire in ur skill list as totally different skill - search it in list and use to see animation

Maybe you bought a skill for the opposite faction? There are some for Asmo and Elios.
