Lorisen 2 Posted May 14 Hi team, I’ve noticed suspicious behavior from certain characters who seem to be farming Aether in the same area for hours without reacting to nearby players or changing their routine. Based on their movement and lack of interaction, I strongly suspect they might be bots. Before jumping to conclusions, I wanted to ask: What kind of evidence do you need to investigate such cases? Is a video recording of their behavior helpful? Are there any in-game tools or commands I can use to help identify or report potential bots? Do moderators monitor such activity in real time? I’d really appreciate any guidance you can give. I enjoy the game and would love to help keep it fair for everyone. Thanks in advance!
Ghost 12 Posted May 14 Good day. The bots usually doesn't react to anything, including enemy faction, incoming damage or CC, they fly directly from one aether source to another, ignoring anything else, and have a timed pattern of using flight restoring skills and potions. Advanced versions even come back to the gathering spot after being killed. Yes it is. There is no actual working in-game tools, the better option is to use the opposite faction to spot the player's reaction and record the video. Yes, but any help from players always welcome, we have limited human resources. . We are highly appreciate your desire to help and improve our server. Send your reports on forum, or using our Discord ticket system.
Lorisen 2 Posted May 14 Just to confirm, would a video recording of the bot behavior be sufficient for the report? For example, I've noticed that these bots try to collect my Aether and then 'freeze' in place for a while after the Aether source is already gathered. This happens repeatedly, and they seem to not notice that I'm already gathering the same Aether. I’ll try to record video evidence of this specific situation, as leveling up a character from another faction takes too long.
Ghost 12 Posted May 14 Yes, please send us a video showing such behavior of the player, as well as the nickname of the player who is acting suspiciously. We will check each case separately.
Lorisen 2 Posted Saturday at 12:21 PM (edited) Hello, I’ve uploaded several videos to YouTube that clearly show suspicious in-game behavior strongly resembling bots. I kindly ask the administration to review these videos and confirm that what’s shown are indeed bots. In my opinion, the evidence is undeniable. YouTube links: Additionally, based on conversations with other players, it seems that although some of these characters do get banned from time to time, it's very easy for the people behind them to quickly level up a new character to level 50 and continue botting. Because of this, I strongly suggest considering bans based on hardware ID (HWID), not just the account. This would help prevent them from returning so easily and would go a long way in keeping the server clean. Thank you for your attention and I hope this issue will be addressed. Lorisen 2 Posted Sunday at 07:34 AM Good day, Thank you for your response and for taking the matter seriously. If I may kindly ask — would it be possible to find out when these actions are expected to be taken? I haven’t seen these particular players among the banned list yet, so I’d really appreciate it if you could notify me once any measures have been applied. Thank you again for your time and efforts in keeping the server fair for everyone.

Lorisen 2 Posted Tuesday at 10:46 AM Hello, thank you for your response. I understand that there are many cases to handle, but may I ask if it’s possible to follow up through additional feedback or by creating a ticket on Discord to potentially speed up the review process? I’m asking because there’s a concern that some rule violators might take advantage of the delayed reaction time. As for joining the testing team — it definitely sounds interesting, but I may have limited free time. However, if I can still be helpful to the server, I’d be happy to continue recording videos whenever I come across potential bugs or suspicious behavior (such as rule violations or bots). For example, I can keep reporting bot-related activity with video evidence. Thank you again for your time and dedication.

Lorisen 2 Posted Tuesday at 11:54 PM Hello again, I’ve just recorded and uploaded two more videos. One shows a new bot, while the second features the same bots that already appeared in my previous reports. It’s honestly quite strange that the server still hasn’t taken any visible action. Failing to ban bots in a timely manner — and allowing them to continue farming — damages the server’s reputation and raises questions about how seriously these reports are being treated. At this point, I need a clear and specific answer: when will these bots be banned? If necessary, I will consider reaching out directly to the developers or server owner, because the current lack of action is unacceptable. I’m expecting concrete steps, not vague replies.
Tutta 14 Posted yesterday at 07:41 AM (edited) 7 часов назад, Lorisen сказал: when will these bots be banned? Lorisen 2 Posted yesterday at 07:51 AM That’s exactly why hardware (HWID) bans are so important. When only the account or character gets banned, it means nothing to the bot owner — they just create a new one, level it to 50 in a couple of days, and continue as if nothing happened. It becomes an endless cycle. A hardware ban would not only slow them down, but also send a clear message to others. Right now, the situation shows that botters are not afraid of being banned — they know they can just come back quickly. That needs to change, especially considering how long it actually takes for reports to be reviewed in practice.
Lorisen 2 Posted yesterday at 01:10 PM Update – the same bot still active Just today, I recorded yet another video featuring the same bot that was already shown in my previous videos. That character, like the others I’ve mentioned, is still not banned, despite multiple clear reports and video evidence. This is extremely disappointing. How many times does the same bot have to be reported before action is taken? Every day of delay makes the situation worse — not only for the server’s economy but also for the community’s trust. I’m asking again: when will these bots finally be banned? And most importantly — will you consider HWID bans to stop this cycle?
Ghost 12 Posted yesterday at 02:39 PM Good day. As I previously said - we are working on it. But we should check up every case. It require some time. We will also consider your suggestion about HWID bans.
Kenwood 0 Posted yesterday at 08:00 PM Lorisen 2 Posted 9 hours ago Good day! I have a new video showing the same person botting again. Maybe it can help as additional evidence.
Lorisen 2 Posted 8 hours ago Also, I had another idea that might help with the investigation. There are some very suspicious patterns when it comes to crafting — especially in alchemy. I’ve noticed characters that seem to be crafting almost 24/7 without breaks. This feels highly unnatural. Maybe there’s a way to track their accounts and see if they’re connected to the same ones involved in large-scale aether transfers. It could be part of a bigger botting operation.
