Unable to Start the Game - Nothing Happen After AntiCheat Launching

Hi everyone !

Today i really need your help.

It's the third time i'm reinstalling the game, checking everything on my PC, everything seems fine in here.

But I cannot launch the game and i can't find why.

Here is what usualy happen when I'm on x64 :

I click on "Play".

Anti-Cheat is launching the game.

I can see the little artwork and i can see "Aion" on my Task Manager.

But after few seconds. The game close itself without a Sendlog error.

I can try dozen of times, it's always the same.

When i'm on x32 version of the launcher : 

It's the same thing BUT I've a SendLog error during the little artwork moment.

I'll copy and past the error log bellow.

 

For information :

I already have Direct X, C++ and Framework NET on my PC and the launcher is on the white list of my firewall.

I'm on Win 11, I don't have Antivirus except Windows Defender, and all my drivers are up to date.

 

I hope you can help me.

Hello,

Please, check the following:
Right click on the launcher -> Properties -> Compatibility
In the opened tab, check if you have a flag set on Compatibility mode. If so, remove it and check if the game works (64bit)

Hi ! Thank you for your answer !

But there is no flag here unfortunately.

I tried to change compatibility mode for Windows 8 and 7.

I still can't launch the game.

I tried to launch the game like Administrator, but it does the same.

x64 : The game close itself

x32 : SendLog

For information, I've a AMD x3D CPU and I heard it might be the problem but not sure at all.

It indeed may be the issue, as some of the powerful CPU are... well, they are too powerful for the game. 
Try limiting the cores number. You can do it the following way: run the launcher and open task manager. In the task manager go to "Details" and find Euroaion.exe.  Right click on the process -> Set affinity. 

Another window will pop, and it will allow you to uncheck some of the cores. We recommend trying to disable them one by one and checking if it solves the issue. However, most of the users reported that >12 cores work fine.

I see that the problem is from CrySystem.dll ,  try this 3 steps from this post,

and plz remove DirectX 12 and use older version like 11.

Usually this 3 fix this problem

OMG It Works !

The Game is Open ! I didn't know you can limit your CPU.

Thank you. Now we know that 3XD cpu from AMD aren't good for EuroAion.
