Name Change Ticket

I've changed one of my characters name to make it free to use on my another character. But when im trying to change name it says "Invalid character name". Names once used are banned for future use?

Hey @Sigford 

This is a common issue. When you change the nickname with the ticket, the old name gets stuck in the server cache. This is made on purpose with the game developers and you get a warning about it when using the ticket. This situation will be solved after tomorrows maintenance, we only can reset old names with the weekly maintenance.

It's after maintenance and still i cant change name with same reason.

The name cache will be cleared with the next maintenance. Sorry for inconvenience.
