Password Forgotten

Hello dear administration. I played Aion a while ago, and suddenly decided to try again a bit, but when i wanted to connect to one of my accounts i understood that i totaly forgot the accoun. I mean actually i remember my main account but i forgot the second one. I remeber just the nickname, lvl +-, and for sure the same IP adress that im using right now. Could you please tell me how to act in such situation.
p.s. i dont remember that mail on which one was registered this "alt" account.

Please, provide the following info to our email support@euroaion.com from the email LINKED TO THE ACCOUNT:

-list of all characters on the account with their names, classes and levels;
-donation bills if there were any;
-screenshots of level 65 and under;
-possible username(s);
-email linked to the account;
-If you remember, the creation date of the account.
