Client crash on startup on 32 bit Win 7

Hello, i have the following problem. When i  am using my PC with 32 bit Win 7 SP1 (its with 3 GB of Ram) , client crash on startup:

I have old notebook with same parameters and get the same error there too. I am with the latest provided video drivers , installed DirectX 9A.
I try of all steps from this https://forum.euroaion.com/forum/20-issues-with-client/ thread and nothing helps. 
Anyone else with same issue on 32 bit  Win 7?

Nope, this error is from a months ago. Just now i decide to write here, because i am out of ideas.
