problem with client

hello. played before, everything was good.

today, after update information, I made it. And after pressing start - error. Fist error window shows - initialize rd  failed, second error window - rd module error 16004.

I did to try delete bin32 folder, and updated again. The same problem.

Please help me ASAP

Hello,

Delete the folders /L10N, bin32, bin64 and all the files in the game folder (only files, not folders). Check the game with the launcher.

 sorry, maybe u did mean system languge? system language is russian.

So the problem is really in the folder l10n and it is solved by redownloading it. 

You can also try the following: (панель управления --> языки и региональные стандарты-->дополнительно --> изменить язык системы) поменять на англиский (сша), перезагрузить, потом обратно русский (россия), перезагрузить
