I have the quest already because some good guy shared me but it doesnt work at all, you cant get it through the npc, you need someone with the quest already taken

I also have the same problem.  lvl 30, no entrance quest available.  I think it is supposed to be "Killing for Castor" but the NPC does not have that quest for me.  Character name is Daedra.
