Can't advance to expert alchemy

Hi, I recently got 399 lvl in alchemy and did the [Expert] Alchemist's Test and got reward but npc is giving me the mission again instead of lvling up to 400 points.

Is this a bug? Please help

You have to do all tests-quests in order to increase proficiency, not just one. It´s a chain quest.

I already did the green book and blue book quest and finished quest with ceremony, after that i got quest for the green, then blue spellbook again, is this normal? how many times do i have to do the same missions?

ok i repeated the quest with blue plan, got second reward from ceremony and now it worked, i dont know why it didnt at the first time but its fine now
