Missing skill effects

Hello

Nachdem ich mich nach der Serverwartung heute morgen eingeloggt habe musste ich feststellen dass bei meinen chars die skilleffekte verschwunden sind. Auch werden mir keine Quetpfeile angezeigt, sowohl die anzunehmenden als auch die fertigen Questmarker fehlen an den NPC: Vor der Wartung (heute in der Früh) war noch alles ok. DIeses Problem besteht bei allen chars auf allen accounts. Ich habe:

- den game "check" durlaufen lassen (mehrfach, brachte nix)

- PC neugestartet

- nichts an meinen settings geändert, zumindest nicht wissentlich oder absichtlich.

Der char tut was er soll, nur sieht es "pantomimisch" aus. Probleme dieser Art hatte ich noch nie, wäre schön wenn jemand nen Lösungsvorschlag hat.

It seems to me that you have extra files in the client. Look in the Effects folder so that there are only 3 pak files....and which client are you using: bin32 or bin64?

64 bit, and i checked the folder. There are three files in it

Try logging in using bin32

ith 32 bit it doesnt even launch.

Yea i see, i asked in lfg, but no one else has this problems....

Hello. Check for the version.dll file in the bin64 folder. He should be there. If it is not there, most likely it was removed by your antivirus. If so, download the file from the link and place it in bin64. Add the game folder to your antivirus exclusion.
What operating system are you using?

Hi, i am using WIndows 11, and Version.dll is in the folder

What about antivirus? Restart the game after adding the game folder to the exceptions.

Even on the start-screen (character chose) it shows no effects

I use Avira

You are the first with such a problem. No ideas yet. If possible, temporarily uninstall your antivirus and try logging into the game. After removing the antivirus, you need to restart your PC.

The skill sound effects and strike sound effects are also gone

About sound i cant say anything, my game is 100% muted...so i cant say if its the same for me

U are right, even sound is missing.....

My firewall has been constantly turned off. No recently added files in the block

Most likely the problem is with extra files in your client. If possible, we recommend downloading the client from scratch and launching the launcher. Please let us know the results.
