Can't enter the game

Well I am opening the laucher and when I click the play button, I get this massage "Error when start! (code: 2)" after some time when the Active Anticheat Icon disappear!

P.S. I already try to press the "check/repair button" and it's still the same.

Yes I do use ExitLag, with couple of retries to enter the game and couple of restarts worked, sorry for the late reply!

Actually there is another problem now, I am a bit tired from not able to enter the game. When I launcher and pop up the game logo the game in not starting just the logo dissapears and my game is no more active in the task maneger

I (And many others) are having problems with Exitlag too.  More specifically with FR Strasbourg 01 route. I get the same Anti-cheat error 2 whenever I try to launch Aion through that route. The best option that works for me and still holds decent ping is DE Frankfurt 02.

Thank you, I will have that in mind. But sometimes, ExitLag just not work for me ....
