Question to the respected administration. If I can convince a person to give me the data from the account and then assign it to myself, are my actions considered unauthorized access?

What do you mean convince?
We do not support sharing account data with anyone and it is written in our rules. 

In case you threaten someone and we receive a complaint on it, you'll get sanctions as well.
