Weapon Change to SLOW like official AION?

I played NotAIon for years and the weapons changes is really fast for pvp .... so then i played official Aion and i tried to Change weapon with my gunner… it was too slow for pvp soo i want to ask if this Server is better for weapon Change ???

Вот такие на играются на конструкторах айона потом приходят  и ищут в ход в силус в северной башне так еще и крепа не нашей расы и так удивлено не может быть должен в ход тут быть))
