quest bug [Group] To Catch a Dragon - Darkness Blade Fragment

The item darkness blade fragment (http://aiondatabase.net/us/item/186000068/) needed for the quest [Group] To Catch a Dragon (http://aiondatabase.net/en/quest/3905/) is not dropping. It should drop from chests inside the right wing chamber, but after many runs and opening tons of them im still unable to get it, not even from the gold chests that spawn there. The other 2 fragments are dropping fine from common chests at sulfur tree nest and left wing chamber.

It seems the hardest to get. Be patient - you will get it. Took me 2 weeks of everyday runs.

This shouldn't be the case. All fragments have the same chance of dropping. If one of them has a lower chance or doesnt drop much its a bug and must be addressed.
