Fast Track Server?

Is there a Fast Track serve herer? 

I started playing in Korea- they never had one. But I have a quest that requires me to enter the Fast Track server. I only have Channel 1 and Channel 2. Nothing is labeled "fast track". Should I abandon that quest?
