Not getting XP Amulets through Event Quests

Hey,

apparently ure supposed to get some XP Amulets through these Event Quests(100%/200%). But I just havent gotten any of them, only these from the surveys(50% xp ones).

The other I got which is kind of strange. You can find a screenshot below.

You can check my item history. There was never a 100%/200% Amu in my cube.
