Over 1k online, but I can't launch game

The problem is not solved. I was on and had to log off this morning. When trying to get back in anti cheat would stop unless I turned off my ping reducer, which it did not do before this. I switched to VPN through Paris or Frankfurt and both do the same. First load it says cannot connect to server and on retry it say I am already logged in. This is a continuous cycle. As for my connection, I can log into Destiny 3.5 or Destiny 2.5 (only other private servers I have downloaded). I can also get into BDO just fine. Still a problem somewhere.

It's still not working, are all ports of the server opened or are some still blocked?
