Double Account

There is a guys farming in the Idian Depths who has 2 accounts : one asmodian and one elysean. 
His asmodian character is Unpossible and the Elysean one is Maxwell.

Is it ok to have 2 different account in 2 different faction ?

when an elysean comes to his spot, he kills him with his asmodian and when an asmodian comes he kills him with his elyos.

Maxwell literally uses noanimation hacks - ill record this later but he kills me with pistols in 2 seconds ;D

yes he is uisng  2 different clients at same time and abusing the system killed me and my 2 friends 50 times today   but only sometimes he is using no animation 

idk what a moron will do it but ya know most ppl nowdays have multiple mental disorders  he is just one of  them

Yes, it is allowed to have more then one account, even to have one asmo and one ely.
