help about the gender of my gear

Recently, I changed the gender of my character from female to male and I have one enraged hyperion cloth for female so after changing I couldn't use it anymore. Is there anything to solve this problem? Do I just have to get new one?? Please help me x(

Most likely you are using an appearance of an item that is only available to women or men. Change the appearance of the items and the problem should be solved.
